Fat separators
The fat separator is an essential element in sewage treatment which may contain a considerable amount of animal and vegetable fat or detergents. Therefore, its installation is necessary in: hotels, restaurants, camp sites, laundries, sausage making and food processes, etc. It is totally effective with greasy material from: kitchens, foams, laundry soaps and bath salts, etc. since their density is lower than water.
Waters full of fats penetrate the separate where submerged elbow pipe detains them. The fats, which are lighter than water float to the surface, where the water free of fats leaves the equipment after passing through perfectly tight exit elbow. The temperature on leaving is below 35º C.
